Removed existing interior bathroom door trim for flush drywall look making the wall seem larger. All other bathroom components were removed, including old tub area
Screwed down sub floor to floor joists. Installed ½” cement boards on bathroom floor, and shower/tub walls. Installed recessed niche in shower for storage. Prepared all existing walls & ceiling for painting (mudded & sanded protrusion points), replaced drywall/mudded/sanded all areas that were demolished and rebuilt.
Installed new shower valve cast brass. Installed (1) ultra modern chrome faucet with supply lines, installed wall mount chrome rain shower head, and toilet with new wax ring/supply lines & flange
(1) decorative chrome fan/light, and installing (1) vanity chrome light closer to ceiling level
Installed 12”x12” white carrara marble imported from Italy at a 1/16” grout line on bathroom floor, and walls with broken joint/brick lay. Installed 4”x4” marble tiles with a straight lay 1/16”. Installed marble in shower niche. Installed marble tile as vanity back splash, running marble pencils around splash & mirror. Installed cut down marble base. Ad-mix used with grout to ensure color continuity by treating grout throughout to be anti stain/ anti mold resistant, and commercial grade natural stone sealer.
Installed espresso slab door style vanity
Installed white carrara marble countertop imported from Italy, including side shelves with clean flat polish edge detail, and (1) oval under mount white porcelain sink.
